How can I uninstall TrueDisc?

Simply drag it to the trash.

 

How can I burn more than one file to disc?

You can burn a folder of files by first archiving them using the Finder's "Create Archive" command. An alternative is to creat a disk image using Disk Utility and then burn the disk image to disc. Native multi-file support is coming very soon.
